The Walking Dead Wine
The Walking Dead Wine was a limited release of a Treasury Wine Estates product, they partnered with comic conventions in the US to market their product.
Though the augmented reality living wine label is advertisement enough for these delicious wines, we worked on an experiential campaign for them at two Comic Conventions. At the San Diego Comic Convention and the New York Comic Convention, we released our Walking Dead Wines. Our booth included a scavenger hunt, real zombies stalking you, face make-up, wine samplings, and more.

Responsibilities
Design
I designed various materials for the conventions using the brand imagery provided by the client as well as this rugged, blood-stained style I created in Photoshop. For the activations, I designed a two-piece backdrop, trivia game cards, standup banners, and brand ambassador uniforms.
Print-Ready Documents
When all materials were approved we had to send over a print-ready file. I created and confirmed that all graphics were the correct colors and resolution and coordinated with the vendors. For the uniforms, I sourced the garments themselves as well as found a vendor that could achieve the specific look we wanted.
Augmented Reality
The Walking Dead Wine had an iconic AR bottle, where you could scan your phone over the label, and a zombie would crash through and run behind the bottle while one of the main characters would chase it with an axe and kill it. I created a blowup bottle that was a little over 6 feet tall, so the AR label could be scanned and the same scene would play out - but human scale!
